Thank you for choosing Avon Animal Hospital. Our primary mission is to deliver the best and most comprehensive veterinary care to you and your pet. An important part of the mission is making the cost as easy and manageable for everyone and to maintain lower fees for all our clients. Avon Animal Hospital requires payment in full at the end of your pet’s examination and/or at the time of discharge.

For surgeries and procedures we can provide you an estimate for your approval. We may require an examination to provide you with the most accurate estimate for your pet even if they have been previously examined at another clinic for some surgical procedures. For some treatments or hospitalized care, we will require a deposit to begin your pet’s treatment.

We are a busy practice and do everything we can to accommodate your schedule when we book you for a surgery or an appointment. Cancellations can take away this opportunity for other clients to be scheduled during those times so we ask for at least 24 hours notice when canceling appointments.

We are accepting new clients and their pets, unfortunately we are experiencing a high number of requests and have had multiple new clients not arrive for their appointment. In order to best provide care for new and existing clients we have instituted the policy that new clients must prepay their pets first examination fee when scheduling an appointment.

All client appointments will be charged a $55 no show fee.

Owners will be held responsible for all fees associated with the collection process, should an account be sent to a collection agency including but not limited to: agency fees(at a maximum of 33.33% of the debt), attorney fees, and any other fees incurred by the collection efforts.
